Saeed Khademi has over 20 years of experience running energy companies. He has held director roles in two major energy companies in Iran. Before those roles he worked in an engineering consulting company after completing his electrical engineering degree.

Mr. Mahmoodian is an aerospace engineer with over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. He has worked with turbines since 1998, when he did feasibility testing on a 100Kw turbine as part of his mechanical engineering degree. He later founded and ran several companies in the renewable energy field as well as holding management positions in research projects at the University of Industries and Mines in Iran.

Mr. Hamidreza Charmchi has a Bachelor's in Electrical engineering and more than 22 years of experience in the field of energy. Holding top management and key personnel positions in energy companies helps him act as the business development manager of HNP Power.
